“Being a long time client of Mill Neck Interpreting Services, I can think of only positive things about this outstanding agency. They have the most respectful, reliable and professional interpreters and staff. This agency has fulfilled my expectations and they continue to amaze me with the quality of effort and work they have shown.”
– Mrs. Melanie Smith, American Sign Language Teacher at Massapequa High School

– Julie Yindra, Director, Services for Students with Disabilities, Hofstra University
“Our facility has been utilizing Mill Neck Interpreter Service to assist our hearing impaired patients since 1998. We have found the interpreters from this agency to be punctual, professional and compassionate. The office staff at Mill Neck are very reliable and are great about scheduling even last minute sign language interpreters for emergency situations. We are very happy with Mill Neck and look forward to working with them for many years to come.”
– Jackie Mohr, Department Secretary of Social Work, Jamaica Hospital Medical Center
“We got married on 2/19/10 in Riverhead and had requested an interpreter for our wedding. As the groom’s parents are Deaf, we wanted them to have the full experience of the wedding that everyone else was having. We hired an interpreter from Mill Neck Interpreter Service, Patty Sewell. She was very professional and clear. As the bride being someone who studied interpreting for a bit and the groom growing up in the Deaf community, we were glad that we had a qualified interpreter.”
– Nicole Ann and John Ciaramella
“As a longtime client of Mill Neck Interpreting Services, we have had many positive experiences with both the interpreters and the coordinators/administrative team. Just recently, we had a special case which required a great deal of coordination. The coordinator assigned to the case exceeded our expectations. She was patient, professional and compassionate; truly going above and beyond to ensure the consumer was provided the necessary services. We look forward to continuing our relationship.”
– Samantha Rosario, Program Manager, Language Access Northwell Health
