William graduated B.S. in American Sign Language Interpreter Training from Troy University. He worked as a freelance interpreter for 4 years before joining MNIS as a staff interpreter, and has significant experience in interpreting in educational, medical, and social settings. William grew up in Tucson, Arizona and is an avid college basketball fan.
